Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Paaslo mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Description of Service

Paaslo is a zone-based real world social networking application. Using Paaslo you can:

• Discover and join location-based zones (offices, colleges, public spaces)
• See other users present in the same zone
• Send and receive Strikes to initiate connections
• Chat privately with matched users
• Earn Spark Scores and badges based on activity

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use Paaslo
• You must have a valid phone number for OTP verification
• You must be a human — automated accounts are not permitted
• By using Paaslo, you represent that you meet these requirements

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide a valid phone number for OTP verification
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

Acceptable Use

You Agree To:

• Use Paaslo only for lawful purposes
• Respect other users and their privacy
• Use your real physical location (no GPS spoofing)
• Report bugs or security issues to kurumell@paaslo.com

You Agree NOT To:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post or share illegal, obscene, or harmful content
• Impersonate other users or create fake profiles
• Use GPS spoofing or fake location tools
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Spam other users with unwanted messages or strikes
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws

Zones & Location

• Zones are created based on real physical locations
• You must be physically present within zone proximity to join
• Zone membership is temporary and session-based
• We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove zones at any time
• Users found spoofing their location will be permanently banned

Strike System

The Strike system is Paaslo's connection mechanism:

• A Strike is a connection request from one user to another
• Both users must be in the same zone for a Strike to be sent
• Accepting a Strike enables private chat between users
• Misuse of the Strike system may result in account suspension
• Users can block or report other users at any time

Content Policy

Users are solely responsible for content they post or send on Paaslo. The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Hate speech or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or sexuality
• Explicit sexual content or nudity
• Violence, threats, or content promoting harm
• Spam, misleading information, or fraudulent content
• Content violating third-party intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to remove violating content and suspend accounts accordingly.

Spark Score & Badges

• Spark Score is calculated based on your activity within the app
• Badges are awarded based on milestones and behavior
• Spark Scores and badges have no monetary value
• We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or remove scores/badges at any time
• Artificially inflating your Spark Score is prohibited

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Paaslo — including the app design, code, graphics, zone system, and badge system — are owned by Paaslo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Disclaimers

Paaslo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• Any errors or defects will be corrected immediately
• The app or servers are free of viruses or harmful components
• Results of using the app will meet your requirements

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Paaslo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, interactions with other users, or unauthorized access to your data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
